Celebrating Women’s History Month

Last week, SolarCleano and Fallprotec marked Women’s History Month with a meaningful initiative inspired by Marie-Louise Ashworth.

Bringing together diverse cultures, perspectives, and experiences, this moment created genuine connection and shared strength across our teams.

Through the stories shared, the same qualities emerged across all backgrounds and generations: courage, resilience, empathy, and determination. These are not just ideals, but lived realities carried by the women who came before us and those shaping our teams today.

Together, we brought these stories to life through symbols and images, creating a collective tree reflecting these shared values, before continuing the exchange over a convivial lunch 🥗🍴

A reminder that impact is not always loud, and that strength and leadership often grow through consistency and purpose.
